A new chapter in the history of CTI Desk

On July 29, 2024, the rights of CTI Desk were transferred to CTI Solutions sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Bielsko-Biała.

CTI desk - version 7.07

New version of CTIdesk was released: 7.07

Main changes:

  • CTIdesk Telephony/Billing/Call recording- added sorting on columns in calls lists

CTI desk - version 7.04

New version of CTIdesk was released: 7.04

CTI desk - version 7.0

CTIdesk, successor of prevoius CTI Solutions software (Naso CC/Chromis REC/Anthias STAT) was released. It's completly new, web-based, software that covers all previosus functionality of our software plus new features including CRM features (advanced clients database, sales campaings, issue tracking). Everything in one, multilanguage, easy to use web-based interface.

Since version 6.22 all our software is compatible with latest Grandstream UCM 63xx IP PBX series.

Naso CC - version 6.11

New version of Naso CC was released - version 6.1

We have added possibility to define minimum call duration on outgoing answered call to mark client as called (and remove him from "lost calls" list). Bu default it's 5 seconds, but you can define your own minimum call duration. Also some small modifications on Naso CC Agent interface were done (layout of items)

Naso CC - version 6.07

Important update of CTI Solutions software was released - version 6.07

It's compatible with latest Grandstream UCM firmware 1.0.20.17. if you are using this firmware please update our software. Older versions of our software will not work correctly with this firmware.

Affected programs: Naso CC, Chromis REC, Anthias STAT
