CTI desk - version 7.04

New version of CTIdesk was released: 7.04

Main changes:

  • Grandstream UCM 63xx - important changes on downloading call recordings
    CTIdesk Telephony - calls report added
    CTIdesk IVR - modification on scenario editor
    CTIdesk IVR - possibility to add client to lost contact list from queue
    user card- changes on lines and users assignment
    minor modifications
