Technical support for CTI Solutions software

We are offering technical support for purchased licenses for first 12 months after purchase including access to latest version of software and support via email channel. Support is offered only to latest version of a software, so in case of any issues first it’s necessary to update system to lastest version.

Each request should contain:

  • description of a problem
  • details on issue appearance (date, time, extension, caller id)
  • logs from server from the day of an issue (by default it’s stored in c:\program files (x86)\CTI Solutions\CTI Server\Log – set of logs are created on daily basis)
