Functionality of this module covers:

• PBX extension monitoring
• displaying online information on incoming/outgoing calls
• clients recognition on incoming call
• displaying client’s card (with full history of contacts)
• lost contacts list (list of calling clients that were not served)
• on-line overview of monitored extensions
• calls history with all details of a call
• calls statistics (text / charts)

License for this module consist of two items:

• monitored extension license – per monitored PBX extension (or monitored android mobile phone)
• supervisor license – per user   (at least one per system is necessary)
