CTIdesk is a successor of sets of CTI Solutions applications (Naso CC / Chromis REC / Anthias STAT / Gramma IVR ). Now everything is in one application with multilanguage web-based interface. Old client's applications of previous version can still work with new CTIdesk.
Now with easy to use web-interface you can have all functionality in one program. Functions depends on licensed module and rights of logged in user.
Application is multilanguage, you can select desired languange on login time. Currently following version are availiabe:

- french
- spanish
- portugese
- greek
- arabic
It's easy to add new languages so list will increas in future, depending on requirements.
Comparing to old version of our software CTIdesk bigest advantage (except web interface) is powerfull CRM module with implemented business processes.
