Call recording module allow to download calls from PBX and store them in secure way on a server. Each call is converted to MP3 format to reduce storage size and encrypted for security reasons. Access to call recording is based on user rights (user can have right to listen to call or also to copy unecrypted file).


During playback of a call you can make notes and assign predefined flags.
