Chromis REC - Call Recording Manager software
Chromis REC is a software for managing call recordings collected by supported PBX. System integrates with PBX for direct acquiring calls. Recordings are stored onto the server hard drive in an encrypted format. Client software allows logged users to search for call, play them or copy if necessary. Chromis REC storage capacity is limited only by available Hard Drive space. Windows based LAN client access enables remote access to and administration of the system.

Security of recordings
Chromis REC encrypts all recorded calls for secure storage. Playback is possible only by permitted users when they are logged into the system. Permitted users can copy recorded calls into an unencrypted format and export the files. It's possible to define user rights for playing/copying calls for all lines, specific group of lines or single lines. All playback and copying is logged to provide an audit trail.
Recording quality, playback
By default all calls are stored in encrypted MP3 format to provide good compressed voice quality and optimal hard disk usage. Higher quality recording can be specified by selecting an encrypted .WAV file format. During playback it’s possible to comment call and/or add flag to a call (flags defined by system administrator).

Chromis REC Features
Chromis REC allows to define which extensions are recorded and also define criteria which calls will be processed.
Basic settings allows to define which extensions to record and which type of calls (incomming / outgoing)
More advanced setting allow to define exceptions for recording, eg you can define which caller id will not be recorded.

- administrator with full rights
- play all recordings (from all extensions)
- play recordings from selected lines (extensions)

Chromis REC has powerfull search engine for recorded calls
It's possible to search by following criteria:
- extension line
- group of extension lines
- call direction
- call duration
- date range of calls
- caller id
- customer
- flags
- comments
Chromis has also predefined filters for today's calls, current week, current month.
During playback it’s possible to comment call and/or add flag to a call (flags are defined by system administrator).
Chromis REC have integrated customers database. It allow to add / list / search for customers.
For selected customer you can see all recorded calls and listen to them or copy.
Chromis REC has built-in module for reporting based on OLAP technology, allowing to build custom reports based on predefined criteria.
