CTI desk - version 7.07

New version of CTIdesk was released: 7.07

Main changes:

  • CTIdesk Telephony/Billing/Call recording- added sorting on columns in calls lists
  • CTIdesk Telephony/Billing/Call recording- added export of calls to Excel / CSV
  • CTIdesk Telephony- lost contacts: added sorting and filtering
  • CTIdesk CRM - added company view with users in columns
  • CTIdesk CRM - tasks visible in calendar
  • CTIdesk IVR - calls report added
  • CTIdesk Telephony - softphone BETA version(only for Grandstream UCM , requires enabling WebRTC for extension)
