  • CTIdesk - full transition to the web version (no longer a desktop version)
  • CTIdesk - transition to .NET 7
  • CTIdesk - modifications to the lost call recovery
  • CTIdesk Telephony - viewing the call history of a given phone number for an unassigned client
  • CTIdesk IVR - voice menus
  • CTIdesk - various modifications and optimizations
